October 21, Fineko/abc.az. Several new limited liability companies, whose legal representatives are Russian citizens, have been officially registered in Azerbaijan.

The authorized capital of the companies registered in July varies from 100 up to 51,000 manats.

The largest authorized capital among them - 51,000 manats - belongs to Just Club LLC, located at the legal address: Nasimi district, Academician Hasan Aliyev Street. Company’s head Yana Slivka.

Other companies with authorized capital of 50,000 manats include AT Expert LLC, represented by Alexandra Tkachenko; Misir SS Dizayn LLC, headed by Oleg Lebed; Xəyal Interyer LLC, whose legal representative is Alexey Tarasov; Barak LTT Media LLC, managed by Ilya Khlebnikov; and Danilo Pixel LLC, represented by Daniil Khlebnikov.

In addition, Azergid LLC with authorized capital of 100 manats, headed by Artyom Makhnachev, and BNG Azerbaijan LLC with the same authorized capital, represented by Dmitry Ivanov, have passed state registration.
