June 12, Fineko/abc.az. Design & construction work in the direction of Baku-Astara railroad will start from 2025 in compliance with a special plan, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Rovshan Rustamov, the chairman of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC.

He stressed that modernization of the railway infrastructure is carried out in accord with a special program.
According to Rustamov, roads in the direction of Baku-Yalama are currently being reconstructed: "It is planned to complete work in this direction in the first half of next year."
