October 28, Fineko/abcnews. As of September 30, 2026, the loan portfolio of Azerbaijani banks in the business segment increased by 18.6% year-on-year, or by 2.895 bn manats, and reached 18.44 bn manats, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan informs.

Of the total volume of business loans, 1.274 bn manats were financed from state funds. Over the year, this figure increased by 14.7%.

At that, the share of government funds in the total portfolio of business loans decreased from 7.1% a year earlier to 6.9%. The remaining sources of financing accounted for 17.165 bn manats.

In September, the total volume of business loans grew by 617.1 million manats. At that, the balance of loans provided from state funds decreased by 14.5 million manats, or 1.1%.
