October 19, Fineko/abc.az. For Jan-Sept 2026, Azerbaijan exported 180,320 tons of sugar for $112.38 million.

Compared with the 2025 same term, the physical volume of supplies increased 2.8-fold and the cost 2.4-fold.

According to the State Customs Committee, in the first 9 months of 2025, sugar exports totaled 65,210 tons for $46.74 million.

The share of sugar in country's overall exports increased from 0.25% up to 0.47%. At that, its share in exports of the non-oil sector obseved decline from 1.76% to 1.69%.
