October 7, Fineko/abc.az. The US Energy Information Administration (EIA), under the Department of Energy, has updated its forecast for average daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan for 2026-2027.

According to EIA's monthly report forecast, average daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in the country will amount to 530,000 barrels in 2027, compared with the previous forecast of 520,000 barrels.

The EIA expects daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan to amount to 550,000 barrels in 2026, with the forecast remaining unchanged.

According to the report, the figure stood at 570,000 b/d in Azerbaijan in 2025. In 2024, daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan amounted to 600,000 barrels.
