Growth of debt in PASHA Bank stimulated by business loans

October 7, Fineko/abc.az. At PASHA Bank, growth of overdue loan debt occurred mainly due to the business sector. Overdue debt on business loans increased from 83.318 million manats at the beginning of the year up to 139.707 million manats at the end of June.

The indicator grew by 56.389 million manats, or 67.7%, and accounted for the bulk of problem loans. In addition, out of 43.754 million manats of debt overdue for more than a year, 43.529 million manats accounted for business loans.

At that, overdue consumer loans decreased from 1.18 million manats, decreasing by 204,000 manats, or 17.3%.

For real estate loans, overdue debt increased from 337,000 up to 803,000 manats - by 466,000 manats, or 2.4-fold. At that, the debt on consumer loans overdue for more than a year amounted to 225,000 manats, and there was no such debt on real estate loans.
