October 27, Fineko/abc.az. Speaking at the 7th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev emphasized the urgent need to eradicate double standards from international relations and conflict resolution.

Reiterating that Azerbaijani society maintains zero tolerance for double standards, the Head of State criticized external attempts to lecture sovereign nations on their lifestyle: "Double standards are also related to someone trying to lecture you on your way of life. Before doing so, you should look in the mirror and ask yourself whether you have the right to lecture anyone."

President Ilham Aliyev underscored that independent countries should not be instructed on how to live, noting that nations should focus primarily on their own internal affairs.
