October 16, Fineko/abc.az. It is projected that in 2027-2030, the State BUdget of Azerbaijan will allocate 13.2 billion manats on the restoration and reconstruction of the territories liberated from occupation — the Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur economic regions.

According to Ministry of Finance's medium-term forecast of expenditures for 2027-2030, the share of funds allocated for the restoration of liberated territories during the specified period in the State Budget capital expenditures will make up 24.1%.
