October 16, Fineko/abc.az. In 2027, Azerbaijan's State Budget expenditures on public debt servicing are projected at the level of 2.2 billion manats.

According to the Medium-term Spending Framework for 2027-2030 prepared by the Ministry of Finance, 1.427 billion manats is envisaged for servicing the external public debt.

Of this amount, 1.63 billion manats will account for payments on the principal debt and 364 million manats for interest expenses.

It is planned to allocate 772.5 million manats to service the domestic public debt, including 137.2 million manats to repay the principal debt and 635.3 million manats to pay interests.

Thus, the total interest expenses on the national debt in 2027 are projected at 999.3 million manats.
