October 13, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2026, automobile gasoline and diesel fuel for 3.58 bn manats were sold to consumers in the retail trade network of Azerbaijan (4% more versus Jan-Sept 2005), the State Statistics Committee informs.

Over the past 9 months, the purchase of motor gasoline and diesel fuel accounted for 6% of consumer spending on the purchase of goods for final consumption.

Over Jan-Sept 2026, goods for 50.8 bn manats were sold to consumers in the retail trade network of Azerbaijan, including food, beverages and tobacco products for 27.5 bn manats and non-food products for 23.3 bn manats.

Compared with Jan-Sept 2025, retail trade grew by 3.8% in real terms, including food, beverages and tobacco products by 1.4% and non-food products by 6.7%.
