Xalq Kapital's turnover declined more than by 81%

October 7, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2026, the operations of investment company Xalq Kapital CJSC at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) decreased by 81.4%, or by 1.58 billion manats, to 361.73 million manats.

The company showed the largest percentage decrease in turnover among the exchange's members and dropped from 6th to 10th place in the ranking. At that, the number of transactions increased by 44.9%, up to 171.

The main cause of the decline was the reduction of repo operations by 80.9%, to 328.49 million manats. Turnover on corporate bonds lowered by 84.3%, to 33.24 million manats.

The company did not conduct operations with securities of the Central Bank and government bonds.

100% of Xalq Kapital shares belong to Xalq Bank. By the end of 2025, the company made net profit of 25,000 manats with assets of 998,000 manats.
