October 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Justice is implementing the process of integrating the Mobil Notariat application's services into the mygov platform in accordance with Action Plan 2026-2028 to accelerate digital development in Azerbaijan.

In an interview with Public Television (ITV), Justice Minister Farid Ahmadov said that along with the Mobil notariat application, which currently has 1.8 million active users, the issuance of birth, marriage, death, citizenship and family certificates has also been digitized and is carried out through mygov.

The minister stressed that the State Population Register plays the role of a primary source, and within this framework, data is being exchanged with 42 government agencies.

Thanks to the work done towards cleaning databases, 95% PIN-based information accuracy has now been achieved.
