September 30, Fineko/abc.az. Mars Overseas Baku Ltd., a manufacturer of international brands such as Pepsi and Lay's, as well as local drinks Jalə and Natura, has been reorganized in Azerbaijan.

Novara Capital LLC, established in 2014 with authorized capital of 2.3 million manats, has ceased operations and joined Mars Overseas Baku Ltd as an independent company.

The authorized capital of Mars Overseas Baku Ltd, operating since 1998, is 113.8 million manats. The company owns large production facilities in Gabala, Lankaran and Guba.
