September 29, Fineko/abc.az. According to the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund, auctions for the sale of real estate of a number of banks in the process of liquidation will be held on October 7 and 14 at Baku Auction Center LLC.

Deka Bank’s two apartments in Yasamal district with total value of more than 1.1 million manats, country house of Dəmir Bank in the Novkhany countryside with value of 178,500 manats, property complex ‘Yunayted Kredit Bank’ in Imishli with value of 200,000 manats, a non-residential building with value of 170,000 manats

and AGBank’s apartment worth 115,000 manats in Garachukhur settlement will be put up for auction on October 7.

AGBank’s property complex in Goychay worth 1.3 million manats, ‘Gəncə Bank’ non-residential building in Ganja worth 2 million manats, Bank of Azerbaijan’s facilities in Ujar for 105,000 manats, as well as Muğan Bank’s apartment worth 80,000 manats in Yasamal district will be presented at the next auction to be held on October 14.
