September 23, Fineko/abc.az. Bakı Şəhərısaslı Tikinti və Təmir LLC has finished an open tender procedure on the renovation of public housing buildings located in several districts of the capital.

Gəncə Körpü Tikinti-2 OJSC was selected as the winner of the procurement competition.

According to the agreement, the company will carry out repair work in residential buildings of the state housing stock in the Nizami, Yasamal, Khatayi, Surakhani and Sabunchi districts of Baku.

The total cost of the contract is 24,985,364 manats.
