May 22, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of 2026, producer prices for construction & installation works in Azerbaijan increased by 0.4% compared with the previous quarter and by 1.5% compared with a year earlier, while the annual increase in construction prices was 0.5% in the last quarter of 2025.

The price index for add-ons also grew by 0.4% compared to the quarter and by 1.5% compared to a year earlier, ABC.AZ reported with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

Housing prices observed growth by 0.3% in the quarter and by 0.8% over the year. This figure was 0.6% per annum in residential buildings up to 5 floors and 0.8% in 6-storey and even taller buildings.

While prices for social buildings increased by 2.3% year-on-year and prices for administrative buildings by 2.9%. The price rise in secondary schools was 2.3%.
Prices for industrial facilities grew by 1.3% year-on-year. The same dynamics has been recorded at industrial facilities.
Prices for the construction of roads and bridges rose by 0.5% compared to the quarter and by 1.5% compared to a year earlier. The road construction prices increased by 1.6% year-on-year and bridge construction by 0.5%.
