March 10, Fineko/abc.az. Out of the overall construction carried out in Baku in January 2026, 93.5% was carried out by non-governmental construction enterprises, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Baku City Statistics Department.

It was noted that 75.7% of the construction by the capital's construction enterprises in January was construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation, 10.9% - major repairs, 7.9% - ongoing repairs, 5.5% - other construction work.

In January of this year, Azerbaijani construction enterprises (including individual entrepreneurs) completed 73.1% of construction work, including construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation, 11.2% - major repairs, 9.5% - routine repairs, 6.2% - other construction work.

92.2% out of overall construction work was carried out by non-governmental construction companies.
