October 15, Fineko/abc.az. According to Energy Ministry’s operational data for Jan-Sept 2026, Azerbaijan extracted 37.9 bcm of natural gas, including 20.6 bcm at Shah Deniz field, 10.8 bcm at Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG), and 1.2 bcm at Absheron field.

SOCAR's gas production reached 5.3 bcm.

Over Jan-Sept 2026, our country exported 18.4 bcm of gas abroad, including 8.6 bcm to Europe, 7 bcm to Turkey (including 4.2 bcm via TANAP), 1.6 bcm to Georgia, and 1.2 bcm to Syria.
