October 14, Fineko/abc.az. By CBA Board’s decision, dated September 15, 2026, the new optimized tariffs for service in payment systems have been endorsed.

According to the new tariff model, the service fees in the payment systems within the sessions are unified, and the upper limits of tariffs in the AZIPS and XOHKS systems are reduced by 2 and 1.5 times, respectively.

Now, regardless of the time of the operation, the service fee will be calculated at fixed rates depending on the amount of the operation.

In order to increase the availability of innovative payment services and stimulate instant transfers using simple identifiers 24/7, tariffs in the Instant Payment System (AOS) are set at a lower level compared to other systems.

At that, the tariffs for servicing at the Interbank Card Center have been changed and new tariffs for processing operations for transferring funds from the card have been approved.

The changes aimed at reducing the costs of users of payment services and supporting innovative solutions will take effect on April 1, 2027.
