May 22,, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has amended some of his decrees on the implementation of the law "On Amendments to the Urban Planning and Building Code" dated May 30, 2023.

ABC.AZ informs that the "Rules for the examination of construction projects" have been updated.

From now on, part of the actions related to the examination of construction projects within the construction permit procedure will be carried out electronically through a single information support system for urban planning and construction activities.
