August 31, Fineko/abc.az. The number of unemployed in Germany rose by 18,000 compared to the previous month, as the stagnation of the economy continues to have a negative impact on the labor market, according to the German Federal Employment Agency, ABC.AZ reports via foreign media.
Therefore, the seasonally adjusted number of unemployed in the country in August increased by 18,000 compared to the previous month, to 2.63 million. The German government estimates that in 2023 and 2024 the unemployment rate will be 5.4% and 5.2%, respectively.
Although 771 minutes were occupied in Germany in April, this number is 116 minutes less than the previous year.
The slowdown in global growth, the decline in industrial production, the industrialists' consent on the rising inflation also have a negative impact on the German economy.
